FPC provide 2 levels of training for Nav reporting:
1. Super user training - for background information on Dynamics Nav table structures.
2. Report development training - for developing reports in the Dynamics Nav application.

Super user training
We provide a 2 day super user course (for up to 3 super users) to train your staff to
understand the Nav structure in terms of.

This course includes the provision of training material (on memory sticks, step by step process instructions supported by screen dumps) and is interactive.

Report development training
We provide a 2 day course (for up to 3 users) to train staff on developing reports
in Nav starting at the first level report creation (using the Nav report wizard) to either enhancing these reports or creating alternative reports using data collection tables and including an export to excel option.

This course can if required also include a basic tutorial on understanding and using the Dynamics Nav code (C/Side).

All training can be provided:
 
On client premises or off site in our offices in Nottinghamshire.
On a 1 to 1 basis or to a group of users. Maximum number of users in groups vary
depending on the course type as noted above. The requirements for successful group
training include a dedicated training room with 1 pc for each user with access to a test database.
Training sessions are therefore quoted at a day rate for each day. This means that a
number of users can be trained in a single day on the same Nav module (see below)
offering great value for money!!
 
All training sessions interactive with users using the Nav database throughout. Users are therefore taken through the Nav learning curve very quickly. In addition to make sure users retain the knowledge,  supporting training material is included at no additional cost for the core Nav modules (General ledger, Sales & Receivables, Purchase & Payables, Fixed Assets). This training material includes step by step instructions with supporting screen dumps. It is provided in pdf file format.

Training sessions can be either taylored to your specific needs or follow a standard format.

Prices start at £450 per day on site plus £50 per day per user up to a maximum of 6 users for non super user training and 2 for super user training. All prices exclude VAT.

1 months first line support included for free for training sessions completed for the user(s) trained. This is worth £500! Normal fixed price support is £500 per month plus VAT for up to 10 users. This will be for the users that completed the training sessions.
