line
support
On
line
(phone, email) support for Nav users with a response and fix as
required or
escalation to development or project
management depending on the scale of the
requirement.
Project
and
implementation management
Manage a project to ensure delivered
to specification, on
time and in budget.
This may include the full project
process (planning, process
map, requirements spec,
gap analysis, solution and
implementation), fix
a
project failing to deliver or provide
specific services for
particular
stages
of a project.
Configuration
and developments
Configuration
of Nav application in accordance with modules in use and licence
acquired. This
will includes ledger and sub ledger links.
Data
migration
Conversion
of data from legacy systems for loading into Nav using Excel and the
Nav
dataport functionality. Data loads include master files (customer,
vendor
details for example), configuration files and transactions
files
(opening
positions).
Training
Training on or off site based on
client or generic
databases. The training sessions
can be 1 to 1 or groups of
users up to
a
maximum of 6 people.
All group training sessions will be
interactive
with each
user having access to a PC
and therefore a test
database.
Training may include the provision of
supporting training
material.
Super user training also provided.
