We cover all versions of Dynamics Nav starting at Navision Financials v 2.00 to the
latest version of Dynamics Nav 2009 - both the Classic and RTC versions.

Dynamics Nav is only provided with base line standard reports. This include Trial
balance reports in the GL module (including comparison to last year, budget and
previous month), aged debt and aged creditor.

From Dynamics Nav version 5 onwards, export to excel is provided as functionality in the budgetting module. But it is not added to many of the standard reports.

These are just examples of what you may find is not available from the standard
off the shelf Nav product. There are a lot of reports provided but these may not
meet you needs.

All we need is:

1. The document layout for document type reports (e.g. sales invoice) or
column headings and totalling required for columnar type reports (e.g. Sales and Margin by customer).
2. Confirmation of any user filtering that may be required for either style of report.
3. Either access to your live Nav database so that we can export a back up or
a copy of your Nav database. This will then be installed on an FPC PC and the
report will be developed and tested on this local database. Once completed, the new report can be loaded into the live database and added to user menu options by FPC (assuming access) or the new object sent to you for loading into the live database.

All report developments completed include a pdf file describing the process to run
the new report including an explanation of the filters and results of the report.
This pdf file includes screen dumps from Nav.

Our quotes are fixed price. You will NOT be charged any more than quoted.
Equally any change to the original specification will be escalated to you.

Typically a report will be a 1 day development but this depends on the user
specification for the report. Our prices start at £550 plus VAT per day
but may be reduced for bulk day orders in excess of 10 days.

Reports completed by FPC for clients have included:
Daily sales snapshots
Simple stock report
Historic GRNI (not time dependent so you can run this for any period and any time)
Receipts aged by debt settled.
Export of data to excel.
Display of data as a form with drill down for the form.
